1- Fill in the “Participation Form” on the dedicated website for Souq Waqif international Exhibition 5th for  Honey , Souq Waqif international Exhibition 2nd for Dates (2024).

2- The deadline for registration is 10/01/2024 for honey.

- The deadline for registration is 15/01/2024 for dates.

3- The festival management will provide

each participant a booth free of charge to sell their products.

4- Participants will benefit from low air *freight rates up to maximum of (500 Kilograms) for honey products.

 * (1 Ton) for dates, on Qatar Airways only.

5- There is a special discount on accommodation rates in Souq Waqif hotels.

6- The festival management can provide each participating company 2 Entry visas to the State of Qatar for the purpose of participation in the exhibition.

7- Pay the refundable guarantee fees to participate in the exhibition, amounting to 5,000 Qatari riyals.

8- The guarantee amount will be returned to the participant in the event of actual participation in the exhibition and not committing any violation.

9- Participants should commit towards attending the exhibition at their designated locations during the exhibition hours, otherwise they will be fined for non-compliance.

10- guarantee fees deposit of QAR 5,000/- will be deducted in the event of registration and non-participation.

11- Transportation of goods inside Doha is the responsibility of the participant without any liability to the festival management.
