• Fill in the “Participation Form” on the dedicated website for each exhibition.
• Maximum shipping and participation quantity: 1 ton only, for each exhibition.
• The participation fee for both the Honey Exhibition and the Dates Exhibition is QAR 1,500 per booth (non-refundable upon acceptance of the application). Participation in both the Nuts & Dried Fruits Exhibition and the Eid Sweets Exhibition is free of charge.
• Participation is restricted to honey and its derivatives only in the honey exhibition, participation is restricted to dates, and their derivatives only in the dates exhibition, participation is restricted to nuts and dried fruits only in the nuts and dried fruits exhibition, and Participation is restricted to Eid sweets only in the Eid sweets exhibition.
• A security deposit of QAR 2,500 will be refunded to the company after the event, provided that all rules and regulations have been followed.
• All sales transactions must be processed exclusively through POS devices provided by the Souq Waqif management. Cash payments and the use of any other payment devices are strictly prohibited. A 3.5% fee will be deducted from each transaction in favor of Souq Waqif.
• Sales proceeds will be transferred to participating companies within fifteen (15) days, after deducting any fees and currency exchange differences.
• In case of any violation of the regulations, the security deposit will be forfeited, and the company will be excluded from the exhibition.
• Transportation of goods inside Doha is the responsibility of the participant without any liability to the festival management.
• The passport copy must be clear, and the passport’s validity should be more than 6 months.
• Participants should commit towards attending the exhibition at their designated locations during the exhibition hours, otherwise they will be fined for non-compliance.

• There is a special discount on accommodation rates in Souq Waqif hotels.
•  Special discount on shipping via Qatar Airways. (If found in the exporting country)
• Facilitation of customs clearance procedures for exhibition goods.
• The festival management can provide facilitation of entry visa issuance for the country, and provide each participating company 2 Entry visas to the State of Qatar for the purpose of participation in the exhibition.
